When I spotted this Target skirt a couple months ago on instagram (guilty),
I knew I HAD to have it.
I was really bummed that they my Target didn't have my size,
sooo of course I had to go to all the Targets to find my size.
As I write this, I remember now that I could have just looked it up or bought it online.
Bummer! Well, I found it in St. George (a couple of hours away!)
